- No. Requirements vary by state and by license type, and rules change. These are strong starting documents built from real operator experience, not legal advice. Check your own state requirements before you rely on any form.
- Do I have to get on a call for the Facility Audit?
- No, and there is no way to book one. You pay, you fill in a short form about your facility, and your plan comes back in writing within 3 business days. You keep it, you can act on it in your own time, and you can hand it to anyone helping you.
- Can I get a refund?
- Digital files are not refundable once they are delivered, which is why every product page lists exactly what is inside. If something is wrong with a file, reply to your receipt and we will fix it.
